Tip 1 - Stay healthy!
Ditching processed food for those rich in nutrients is a sure-fire way to get naturally radiant skin. That means skimping on sugars and saturated fats, and embracing fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and wholegrains instead.
Tip 2 - H20!
Water helps hydrate your skin and lips. Fruits and vegetables like green apples, cucumber and kale can greatly hydrate your body too. Make water your new accessory!! Maintain a proper and healthy diet to avoid breakouts and other skin diseases and don’t forget your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.
Tip 3 - Keep your skin clean!
Ensure you cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle facial cleanser suitable for your skin type to remove oil, grease, impurities. Always make it priority however tired you are to remove all traces of make up before you go to bed!
Tip 4 - Exfoliate once a week.
Exfoliation can help remove dead skin and can brighten dull and tired-looking skin. It also deep cleanses your skin and removes commedones (blackheads). Not only do you want to achieve healthy, glowing skin, but you also want to feel your best. Some exercise and regular amounts of sleep are a must!

With all the stress that comes with wedding planning, take some time to relax. Too much stress can lead to lack of sleep and energy and your skin will definitely pay for it. I remember appreciating a spa day with my bridesmaids to relax and unwind and just enjoy some much needed pampering before my big day!
